Here's an insight into the partnership projects that developed through the Engaging Places network. In depth case studies are coming soon!

South East

  • Planning Aid is working with Thamesview Vocational Centre and Riverview Junior School (primary) on the Libraries by Design project
  • Canterbury Christchurch University is working with Ospringe CE Primary School on What's your angle?
  • Brighton and Hove Museum Service is working with Cardinal Newman Catholic School (secondary) on the Revealing Brighton project, with advice from The Geographical Association
  • English Heritage is working with Dover Grammar School for Girls on the Licking the Stones project.

London

  • The Institute of Education is working with Royal Grammar School, Guildford (secondary) on the Engaging Urban Spaces project
  • Historic Royal Palaces is working with St John’s CE Primary School on the Telling Tales at the Palace! project
  • The V&A+RIBA Architecture Partnership is working with Graveney School (secondary) on Creative textiles: Inspired by the bulit environment
  • Open House is working with St Angela’s Ursuline School (secondary) on the Open Up 2008 project.

Yorkshire and Humber

  • The Geographical Association is working with St Pius X Catholic High School on the Change in the Dearne Valley project
  • The East Riding of Yorkshire Schools Improvement Service is working with Barmby-on-the-Marsh Primary School on the Maximising Learning Space project.

Cross-regional projects

  • Fundamental Architectural Inclusion is working with City Learning Centre, Newham and Curwen Primary School in London and Arc is working with Vermuyden School (secondary) and Gillshill Primary School in Hull on the Bringing the Games Home project.
